Free shipping on orders of $300 or more to Canada and the United States. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, or pick up free in Oakville.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day, and processing can take a little longer during busy periods.

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take one business day to update after your order ships.

$300 is before tax. Prices and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay. US checkout shows prices in US dollars; other countries see their local currency. Your country appears in the list at checkout.

Duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside Canada, duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.

You'll see them (including VAT, where it applies) before you pay, and your order ships duty-paid.

Canadian orders are charged federal and provincial sales taxes at checkout, based on the province your order ships to. They're never charged duties, because they don't cross a border.

If you refuse a parcel at delivery, it will be returned to us and won't be refunded, because orders shipped outside Canada are final sale.

United States customs authorization. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that this sale occurs outside the United States, and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements.

To simplify this process, your order indicates your agreement to authorize Tocca Finita to appoint a designated carrier/customs broker, where applicable, as your unpaid agent for customs purposes by executing a power of attorney applicable to a single non-commercial shipment. Your order serves as an electronic signature indicating your agreement to the following, as required by US Customs and Border Protection:

“The designated carrier/customs broker is hereby authorized to execute, as an unpaid agent who has knowledge of the facts, pursuant to the provisions of section 485(f), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the consignee’s and owner’s declarations provided for in section 485 (a) and (d), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and to enter on my behalf or for my account the goods described in the attached invoice which contains a true and complete statement of the facts concerning the shipment.”

Your authorization permits the carrier/customs broker to file the customs entry on your behalf for any order that is over $2,500 or otherwise requires formal entry.

Free pickup in Oakville

Choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order at the boutique, at no charge.

Orders placed during store hours are usually ready within the hour; orders placed outside store hours are ready the next day we're open. Please wait for your “ready for pickup” email, and have your order number handy.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived by its estimated delivery date, or it arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible.

Send us your order number (and photos of any damage). We'll open a claim with the carrier and help you sort it out.

Returns and exchanges

Online orders can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are free within Canada; refunds carry a $20 return shipping fee if you ship the item back. Sale items, altered items and orders shipped outside Canada are final sale.
